Goght Campus
Located in the picturesque village of Goght in Armenia’s Kotayk Province, our Goght campus sits on the right bank of the upper Azat River – just a short distance from the iconic Hellenistic Garni Temple. Nestled in the heart of the Goght Urban Valley, the campus is part of a modern eco-village designed to harmoniously blend natural beauty with innovative, sustainable living.
Every aspect of the Goght Campus is thoughtfully crafted to provide an environment of comfort, functionality, and inspiration. The campus features five comfortable guest rooms, a classroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. Surrounding the campus are seven hectares of lush fruit gardens, all sustained by an independent energy system and enhanced by a smart climate control system for year-round comfort.
According to legend, the village of Goght was named by Hayk, the great-grandson of Noah, who upon discovering the Azat River valley, was so moved by its beauty that he exclaimed, “What a beautiful corner!” In Armenian, goght translates to “beautiful, graceful, cozy,” perfectly reflecting the essence of this unique place.
The Goght Campus offers a serene, well-equipped environment ideal for learning, reflection, and connection with nature, history, and community.
